U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested undocumented social-media influencer Tatiana Martinez in Los Angeles while she was livestreaming from her car on TikTok, according to video footage circulated on 15 August. Martinez, who has roughly 37,000 followers, was ordered to exit her Tesla before officers forcibly removed her and placed her in an ambulance. She was later taken to a hospital; her current detention location has not been disclosed. ICE said Martinez is subject to removal proceedings. Critics have accused her of publishing personal information about federal immigration officers and encouraging followers to harass them, actions that drew the agency’s attention. The episode comes as ICE steps up enforcement nationwide. The agency is detaining more than 60,000 migrants and has averaged about 930 arrests and 1,400 deportations a day in recent weeks, according to data cited by the EFE news agency.

It's sickening to think that an illegal alien would have been allowed to walk free after killing American citizens. Thankfully ICE ensured that did not happen. This person has no business being in our country. https://t.co/RqrTh0qEJ5
