Separately, the "One Big Beautiful Bill," signed by former President Donald Trump on July 4, 2025, delivers the largest tax cut for families, farmers, workers, seniors, and small businesses. This bill allocates $125 million annually to the Agriculture Research Facilities Act, supporting American agricultural universities' infrastructure. It also includes pro-growth, pro–small business tax reforms, such as an increased 199A Qualified Business Income deduction benefiting tens of thousands of small businesses, and expands workforce opportunities to equip Americans with skills for the 21st-century economy.
