Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has reaffirmed the country's achievements amid ongoing tensions with the United States. Maduro stated that Venezuela has surpassed 90% school enrollment and emphasized that free and quality education is possible despite criticism from U.S. supremacists. He also declared that the Venezuelan people have overcome far-right conspiracies and criticized the U.S. for conducting a psychological and declarative war against Venezuela, dismissing their statements as lies and fake news. The Supreme Court of Justice of Venezuela expressed its commitment to national sovereignty, judicial independence, and citizen rights, while showing solidarity with the government in combating terrorism. Support for Maduro was also voiced by Venezuela’s Young Parliamentarians Network and the Brazilian chapter of the International Anti-Fascist Movement. Additionally, the World Poetry Movement’s Venezuelan chapter condemned U.S. actions targeting Maduro. Maduro described the current period as the best moment for the Bolivarian revolution, attributing the country’s progress to its own efforts.
