Several international and regional organizations, along with governments, have expressed support for Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro amid recent accusations and actions by the United States. The Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo from Argentina, the Socialist Commune El Maizal in Venezuela, and the Venezuelan communes have condemned what they describe as unfounded accusations and destabilization attempts by the U.S. government. The International Antifascist organizations of Costa Rica and Guatemala also repudiated the U.S. government's aggressive stance, specifically criticizing U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi's actions against Maduro. Mexico's President publicly defended Maduro against U.S. charges of terrorism and drug trafficking, while Honduras extended its support to Venezuela in response to the allegations. Additionally, the U.S.-based feminist anti-war group CODEPINK condemned the Trump administration's recent escalation of aggression toward Venezuela.
