This individual was arrested in Michigan after attending a migration appointment in Puerto Rico. The suspect faces charges related to the murder of two women in Chicago, with a third woman surviving the attack. Additionally, Venezuela's Ministry of Defense recently intercepted a vessel suspected of carrying illicit goods.
