Google’s upcoming foldable handset, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, as well as the Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds 2a, are now expected to reach store shelves on 9 October rather than late August, according to a report from German technology outlet WinFuture. The publication, which cites unnamed supply-chain sources, says the delay stems from logistical problems that have forced Google to push back shipments by roughly six weeks. The company still plans to unveil its entire Pixel 10 lineup at the “Made by Google” event on 20 August. Pre-orders for the standard Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL are understood to remain on track, with retail sales for those models slated to start 28 August. By contrast, customers interested in the foldable, the new smartwatch or the second-generation Pixel Buds will have to wait until early October, potentially narrowing Google’s window to compete against rival hardware expected from Apple and Samsung this autumn.
