Google has officially announced its annual hardware launch event, scheduled for August 20, 2025, in New York City. The event will showcase the next generation of Pixel devices, including the Pixel 10 series and the Pixel Watch 4. The Pixel 10 lineup is expected to feature four smartphones: the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will include upgrades such as an IP68 rating, a larger battery, a brighter screen, and a more durable design, positioning it as a competitor to Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 7. All Pixel 10 models will be powered by Google's new Tensor G5 chip, manufactured by TSMC, and will incorporate advanced AI features under the Gemini AI branding. Design teasers released by Google reveal that the Pixel 10 maintains a similar aesthetic to the Pixel 9 but introduces a third rear camera, including a telephoto lens, with color options such as Moonstone, Jade, Obsidian, and Porcelain. The Pixel Watch 4 will be available in two sizes and is expected to offer longer battery life while retaining the same processor as previous models. Google has proactively revealed much of the Pixel 10 series' design and features ahead of the launch, including official renders and promotional materials, with the India launch set for August 21. The full Pixel 10 lineup was also inadvertently revealed on the Google Store app shortly before the event.
