Razer on 29 July introduced the BlackShark V3 Pro, a new flagship wireless gaming-headset line positioned for PC, PlayStation and Xbox users. The successor to 2023’s highly rated BlackShark V2 Pro adds hybrid active noise cancellation, a detachable 48 kHz microphone and Razer’s Gen-2 TriForce 50 mm drivers with bio-cellulose diaphragms for improved spatial accuracy. The headset debuts Razer’s Gen-2 HyperSpeed Wireless technology, which the company says cuts audio latency to as low as 10 milliseconds—well below many rival devices—while offering up to 70 hours of battery life on PC and 48 hours on consoles. Dedicated platform tuning enables THX Spatial Audio on PC, Tempest 3D on PlayStation and Windows Sonic on Xbox. Each variant is priced at $249.99 in the United States and £249.99 in the U.K., with black or white colour options. The PC and Xbox models are available immediately; the PlayStation edition will follow. The launch marks a broader push by the traditionally PC-focused brand into the console market, aiming to translate its esports credentials to a wider gaming audience.
The new @Razer BlackShark V3 Pro has some of the best low latency I've seen in a wireless headset. It's actually nutty. https://t.co/lquVa6s0kO https://t.co/wK2MxLZwM2
