Nyoro also described the government's borrowing practices as opaque and unconstitutional. Meanwhile, the Kenya Union of Clinical Officers (KUCO) in Nairobi has announced plans for a series of protests starting Wednesday, citing deteriorating healthcare conditions and poor working environments. The clinical officers have accused Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja of neglect and failing to address their grievances during an ongoing strike that began on April 21 and has now reached its 83rd day.
