Yutori has introduced “Scouts”, a suite of always-on AI agents that continuously monitor the web for information specified by users. The system, now rolling out via wait-list, is marketed as a real-time alternative to conventional alert services and is designed to act as an autonomous digital coworker that can surface niche updates and actionable insights. The debut underscores the rapid mainstreaming of so-called agentic AI. Research firm Contrary Research estimates that autonomous agents already make 15 % of daily work decisions inside large enterprises. Looking ahead, industry projections indicate that about 33 % of enterprise software will embed such capabilities by 2028, while roughly 77,000 organisations—including FedEx, EY and Goldman Sachs—have deployed agents to automate tasks ranging from logistics optimisation to compliance checks. Financial institutions are beginning to size up the opportunity. A recent Morgan Stanley note titled “AI Agents Knocking at the Door” says advances in deep-reasoning models could unlock significant productivity gains across sales, support and back-office functions. Investors are monitoring enterprise-software vendors such as UiPath, ServiceNow, GitLab and Palantir, which are weaving autonomous agent workflows into their platforms to capitalise on the trend.
