La Libertad Avanza (LLA), led by Karina Milei, has reached an agreement with Mauricio Macri's PRO party to form an electoral alliance for the upcoming legislative elections in the City of Buenos Aires scheduled for October 26, 2025. Under the terms of the agreement, LLA will not have representation in the alliance's name or colors, similar to the arrangement in Buenos Aires Province, with Karina Milei securing the fifth and sixth positions on the candidate list for LLA members. This alliance aims to consolidate opposition forces in the capital against other political groups. Meanwhile, in Buenos Aires Province, the Peronist faction has unified its discourse against Javier Milei, prompting LLA to adjust its campaign strategy accordingly. Other potential alliances are still being negotiated in various districts, including efforts by figures such as Juez and De Loredo to partner with LLA against the Peronist candidates supported by Llaryora and Schiaretti. María Eugenia Vidal publicly criticized the PRO-LLA alliance, advocating for a constructive opposition ahead of the elections. Javier Milei marked the fourth anniversary of his initial campaign launch in 2021 by reaffirming his commitment to Argentina's reconstruction. The electoral map for October 26 will become clearer once all alliances are finalized, with campaigns already underway in key areas such as La Matanza, where Milei has introduced eight candidates.
