Nottingham Forest have extended Nigeria international Ola Aina’s contract by three years, keeping the 28-year-old full-back at the City Ground until June 2028. The deal, confirmed on Monday, replaces an agreement that had only 12 months left to run. Aina joined Forest from Torino on a free transfer in 2023 and has since made 59 appearances, scoring twice. He featured in 35 of 38 league matches last season as Nuno Espirito Santo’s side climbed to seventh in the Premier League and secured a place in the Europa Conference League play-offs. "It’s always felt like home ever since I joined and I’m happy to be here," the defender said in a club statement.
