British Transport Police arrested far-right activist Tommy Robinson, legally known as Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, at Luton Airport on Monday evening. The 42-year-old was detained shortly after 18:30 BST when officers were alerted that he had arrived on a flight from Faro. He is being held on suspicion of grievous bodily harm in connection with an assault at St Pancras railway station on 28 July. Police say the alleged attack left a man with serious but non-life-threatening injuries; the victim was later discharged from hospital. Robinson had left the United Kingdom for Tenerife the morning after the incident and was wanted for questioning. He remains in custody while detectives continue their investigation.
