Aaron Phypers filed a petition for divorce from actress and former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Denise Richards in Los Angeles Superior Court on 7 July, listing their date of separation as 4 July and citing “irreconcilable differences.” The couple married on 8 September 2018 after dating for little more than a year and have been together for six years. In the filing, Phypers, 52, seeks spousal support and asks the court to confirm several items—including his power tools, a 2018 Indian Dark Horse motorcycle and a Shelby GT500 sports car—as separate property. He declares no current income after closing a business last year but says his monthly expenses total roughly $105,000. Phypers estimates Richards, 54, earns about $250,000 a month from acting, reality-television projects, brand partnerships and an OnlyFans account. The pair share no minor children, though Phypers lists Richards’ adopted daughter, Eloise, 14, as his stepchild; Richards’ adult daughters Sami and Lola are from her previous marriage to actor Charlie Sheen. The move comes four months after Richards said on her Bravo series “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things” that she would “never” divorce again, even “if we hate each other.” Neither party has publicly commented on the filing.
