Brazilian singer Zé Felipe and digital influencer Virginia Fonseca have officially finalized their divorce after nearly a month of legal proceedings in the Tribunal de Justiça de Goiás. The couple, who were together since 2020 and married in 2021, decided to end their marriage following family pressures and personal differences. Zé Felipe initiated the divorce process in late June 2025, seeking to formalize the separation and establish shared custody of their three children: Maria Alice, Maria Flor, and José Leonardo. The custody arrangement grants shared guardianship, with the children residing primarily with Virginia Fonseca. As part of the divorce agreement, Zé Felipe will pay a monthly child support of R$60,000. Virginia has since reverted to using her maiden name on social media, removing the Costa surname associated with her ex-husband. The divorce was amicably settled, with legal experts noting that any relocation of the children by Virginia would require Zé Felipe's authorization. Following the separation, Zé Felipe has made changes in his personal and professional circles, including dismissing an associate of Virginia and following new individuals on social media. Despite the separation, the former couple was seen together at a recent event celebrating their son. The division of their shared assets and further details of the settlement have been discussed publicly, highlighting the end of their five-year relationship.
