Returning “entirely off social media,” she wrote that it is “overwhelmingly, abundantly and profoundly clear this place—and all of these places—are a poison, a prison of utterly short-form deep-sounding nonsense,” adding that “the entire thing is a theatre.” The Canadian artist, whose legal name is Claire Elise Boucher and who shares three children with Musk, has voiced concerns about the impact of social media before but intensified her critique in Monday’s comments. X did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
