Screenwriter Peter Craig and producer Bryan Unkeless, known for their work on 'I, TONYA' and 'PROJECT POWER,' have launched a new film and TV production company called Night Owl. The company already has three projects in development. Ridley Scott's 'Gladiator II,' co-written by Craig, is generating significant buzz, with Scott being a leading contender for the Best Director category at the Oscars. The film is set to premiere in cities including Sydney, Tokyo, Dublin, Copenhagen, Paris, London, and Los Angeles. Additionally, 'Gladiator II' is part of the main competition lineup at Camerimage 2024, alongside 'Dune 2' and 'Blitz.' A 4K Ultra HD edition of the original 'Gladiator' movie is being released ahead of the sequel. Denzel Washington is also featured in 'Gladiator II,' which is considered a potential Best Picture contender.
