Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in Beijing on July 13 to participate in the 25th meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). On July 15, Lavrov took part in a group photo ceremony with foreign ministers of SCO member states in Tianjin. The meeting involved detailed discussions on key regional and international issues, as well as matters concerning the SCO area. Following the ministerial meeting, Lavrov held a press conference addressing media questions about the outcomes of the SCO foreign ministers' meeting.
