
Intel's stock declined following a lower revenue guidance announced by new CEO Lip-Bu Tan, who outlined a long-term vision focusing on growth in client computing as the Data Center and AI group's growth alone cannot offset a $3.5 billion revenue shortfall. At the Intel Foundry Direct Connect event, Tan and other executives presented the company's strategic priorities to enhance foundry services, including improved processes, advanced packaging, and increased manufacturing capacity aimed at attracting more technology clients and competing with industry leader TSMC.
