The Quai 54, recognized as the world's premier streetball tournament, is taking place this weekend on the Suzanne-Lenglen court at Roland-Garros in Paris. Created by Hammadoun Sidibé, the event combines basketball and music and continues to grow in popularity each year. The tournament features a dunk contest, highlighted by memorable moments such as Guy Dupuy's dunk, which has been notably praised. Noumouké Sidibé, Hammadoun's brother and former security chief at the Bataclan during the November 13 attacks, currently oversees the security of the event. The competition and dunk contest finals will be broadcast live and free on RMC Sport's Twitch and YouTube channels, with the dunk contest airing at 5:15 p.m. on July 5 and the tournament finals starting at 1 p.m. on July 6. Additionally, a public viewing event for the French women's national football team will be held at La Caserne in Paris, offering free drinks to the first 100 attendees and a free So Foot magazine to those wearing an EDF jersey.
