Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Ltd., together with Prime Aero Services LLP, signed a definitive agreement on 11 Aug 2025 to acquire a 100 percent stake in Indamer Technics Pvt. Ltd. The transaction will be executed through their 50-50 venture, Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd., and is intended to build a “world-class” maintenance, repair and overhaul ecosystem in India. Indamer Technics operates a newly-built facility in the MIHAN special economic zone at Nagpur that houses up to 15 aircraft bays across 10 hangars and holds approvals from India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation and the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration. Separately, Larsen & Toubro’s CarbonLite Solutions division secured a ₹15,000 crore order from Adani Power to construct eight 800-megawatt ultra-supercritical thermal power units. The engineering contract underscores Adani Group’s simultaneous push to expand both its defence-aviation services and its conventional power capacity.
