Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena and Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora presided over the Commissionerate Day Parade at the New Police Lines Parade Ground on 1 July. Saxena reviewed marching contingents alongside Arora and addressed officers during the annual ceremony. The two officials honoured the families of police personnel killed in the line of duty, presenting tributes that recognised their sacrifice and service. Serving officers were also felicitated for outstanding performance. The event formed part of the Delhi Police’s broader efforts to commemorate its history and reinforce morale among the force.
