Between July 3 and July 26, 2025, multiple Israeli drone strikes targeted vehicles and locations across southern and northern Lebanon, resulting in numerous casualties. The Lebanese Ministry of Health confirmed fatalities and injuries in several incidents, including a drone strike on a vehicle in Khaldeh south of Beirut on July 3 that killed one and wounded three. Subsequent strikes in southern towns such as Bint Jbeil, Shab'a, Shaqra, Babliyah (Sidon district), Mansouri (Tyre district), Nabatieh, Al-Kfour, Toul, Naqoura, Aita al-Shaab, Braachit, and Al-Tayri resulted in additional deaths and injuries. Notably, on July 8, an Israeli drone strike on a vehicle in Al-Aironiyah in northern Lebanon killed three and injured three. The Lebanese Health Ministry reported a total of three killed and thirteen wounded near Tripoli on the same day. Throughout the period, the strikes consistently targeted cars, trucks, and motorcycles, often resulting in civilian casualties. The Lebanese Health Ministry issued repeated statements confirming these incidents, emphasizing the ongoing nature of Israeli drone operations in Lebanon despite a US-brokered ceasefire agreement signed in November 2024. There was no immediate comment from the Israeli Defense Forces regarding these strikes.
