Between July 3 and July 17, 2025, multiple Israeli drone strikes targeted vehicles across southern Lebanon, resulting in several casualties. The Lebanese Ministry of Health confirmed that these attacks killed at least eight people and injured numerous others. Initial strikes included a drone attack on a vehicle in Khaldeh, south of Beirut, killing one and injuring three. Subsequent attacks targeted cars in southern towns such as Bint Jbeil, Shebaa, Shqra, Al-Babliyah in Sidon district, Al-Mansouri in Tyre district, Nabatieh, and the towns of Kfour, Toul, and Naqoura. Notably, on July 17, Israeli drones struck vehicles near Nabatieh, killing two people and injuring two others. These strikes occurred despite a US-brokered ceasefire agreement signed in November between Israel and Iran-backed Hezbollah. The Lebanese health ministry continues to report casualties from these drone attacks, highlighting ongoing tensions and violations of the ceasefire in southern Lebanon.
