On the night of July 9-10, 2025, Israeli settlers carried out multiple aggressive actions against Palestinian communities in the occupied West Bank. In Khirbet Al-Bakhit, Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, settlers on horseback attacked a Palestinian woman and other residents. Settlers also raided Al Fakheet village in Masafer Yatta, reportedly as part of efforts to forcibly displace residents. In the Nablus area, extremist settlers destroyed the road connecting the towns of Aqraba and Majdal Bani Fadel, southeast of Nablus, and attacked vehicles near the town of Hawara, south of Nablus. Israeli occupation forces tightened security measures and imposed restrictions at military checkpoints around Nablus, including closing the Sarra checkpoint west of the city, resulting in delays and obstruction of Palestinian movement. In the Ramallah area, settlers repeatedly established an outpost in the Turmus Ayya valley after its removal and attacked the outskirts of Turmus Ayya and the town of Turmus'ayya. Additionally, settlers continued constructing new settlement roads east of the town of Tuqu, southeast of Bethlehem, reaching close to Palestinian homes and further restricting access to agricultural lands that Palestinians have been barred from accessing for two years. Israeli military vehicles also conducted incursions into the town of Beit Furiq east of Nablus. These coordinated settler and military activities reflect ongoing tensions and efforts to expand settlement infrastructure and control in the occupied West Bank.
