The National Football League began unveiling its annual player-voted ranking on 30 June, releasing the first two names on the ‘NFL Top 100 Players of 2025’ list. Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey opened the countdown at No. 100 after a standout rookie campaign in which he led his team with 82 catches for 1,149 yards and seven touchdowns. The 23-year-old also set an NFL postseason rookie record with 197 receiving yards in a playoff game, establishing himself as the Chargers’ primary target following the departure of veteran Keenan Allen. Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Leonard Williams followed at No. 99, rewarded for a career-best season that produced 64 tackles, 16 tackles for loss and 11 sacks. Williams, in his first full year with Seattle, earned his first Pro Bowl nod since 2017 and posted an 87.1 Pro Football Focus grade, the highest of his 10-year career. The league will continue to reveal the remaining 98 players over the summer, culminating with the top 10 on 1 September during a live broadcast on NFL Network.
