Bored Ape Yacht Club said its annual ApeFest will move to Las Vegas on Oct. 24, 2025, taking over the Area15 arts and entertainment complex for a one-night gathering of BAYC and Mutant Ape Yacht Club token holders and their guests. Community-run side events are planned throughout the weekend. The NFT collective has also struck a deal making ApeChain—the group’s recently launched blockchain—the official blockchain partner of ComplexCon, the street-culture and fashion convention that will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Oct. 25–26. The tie-up will give ApeFest attendees VIP entry, token-gated experiences and other on-site perks at ComplexCon. The first 1,250 people who claim an ApeFest ticket will receive a complimentary ComplexCon pass. Ticketing opens on July 14 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time. BAYC holders have a 15-minute priority window before remaining tickets are released on a first-come, first-served basis to both BAYC and Mutant Ape holders. Admission to ApeFest is free, but buyers must place a refundable deposit that is returned when their wristband is scanned at the venue.
