FC Barcelona and technical partner Nike unveiled the club’s 2025-26 home strip on 2 July. The shirt reimagines the traditional blaugrana stripes with colour-gradient detailing, retains the Spotify front sponsor and features ‘FC Barcelona’ inside the collar alongside the Catalan Senyera on the back. The launch campaign—titled “Definimos el mañana”—was fronted by first-team players Lamine Yamal, Pedri, Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, Alejandro Balde and Fermín López and was released across the club’s digital channels on Wednesday morning. Demand for the new jersey was immediate. By 13:00 local time the club had already surpassed its previous record for single-day shirt sales, according to journalist Alex Pintanel, with stores and the online platform reporting brisk trade well before mid-afternoon. The surge builds on a broader merchandising upswing. Barça Licensing & Merchandising, which the club brought back in-house last year, reported a 30% rise in sales and a threefold increase in e-commerce revenue for the 2024-25 season, underlining the growing importance of retail income as the Catalan side continues its stadium redevelopment.
