Inter Milan has completed the permanent signing of French forward Ange-Yoan Bonny from Serie B side Parma Calcio 1913. The Milan club will pay an initial €24 million, with further performance-related add-ons to follow, according to statements released on 5 July. Bonny, 21, scored 14 goals in all competitions for Parma last season, helping the Emilia-Romagna team reach the promotion playoff semifinals. He becomes Inter’s first major acquisition of the summer window as the Serie A champions look to deepen their attacking options ahead of their title defence and UEFA Champions League campaign.
