Disney announced that the second season of “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” will debut on Disney+ on 10 December 2025. The release date, first trailer and promotional poster were unveiled during the show’s panel in Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con, where cast members and executive producers discussed the coming instalment. Season 2 adapts “The Sea of Monsters,” the second novel in Rick Riordan’s bestselling series. The new episodes find Percy returning to Camp Half-Blood, learning he has a Cyclops half-brother, searching for the missing satyr Grover and confronting the growing threat of Kronos as he ventures into the treacherous Sea of Monsters. Canadian actor Daniel Diemer joins the cast as Tyson, Percy's Cyclops sibling, a role Riordan described as a “perfect” fit. Disney has also confirmed an early Season 3 renewal, with Levi Chrisopulos and Olive Abercrombie set to portray demigod siblings Nico and Bianca di Angelo.
