Actor Finn Little will return to the "Yellowstone" universe as a series regular in the forthcoming Paramount+ drama centered on Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, according to multiple industry reports published on 11 July. The as-yet-untitled project is the latest extension of Taylor Sheridan’s hit franchise and is expected to remain on the present-day timeline established in the mothership series. Little will reprise his role as Carter, the once-troubled teen taken in by Beth (Kelly Reilly) and Rip (Cole Hauser) after the death of his father. The Australian actor first appeared in the Season 4 premiere of "Yellowstone" and remained with the flagship show through its finale, developing an on-screen bond that helped broaden the Dutton family narrative. The spinoff joins a slate of Sheridan-produced shows that includes completed prequels "1883" and "1923" as well as in-development entries such as "The Madison," "Y: Marshals," "1944" and "6666." Paramount+ declined to comment on production details or a premiere date.
