On the Democratic side, Pete Buttigieg leads the 2028 primary polls with support around 27%, followed by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez at 19%, Gavin Newsom at 16%, and Kamala Harris at 15%. Other Democratic contenders polling lower include Tim Walz, Cory Booker, and Josh Shapiro.
