Additionally, two men were detained in Carabobo for theft of strategic materials from Corpoelec. Security forces in Guárico state arrested two individuals accused of extorting a merchant in Valle de la Pascua. These operations were conducted by various specialized police units, including the Division Against Kidnapping and Extortion and the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command.
