Brazilian singer Zé Felipe has officially filed for divorce from influencer Virginia Fonseca at the Tribunal de Justiça de Goiás, marking the end of their five-year marriage. The couple, who began their relationship in 2020 and married in 2021, had announced their separation publicly in late May 2025. The divorce proceedings, which commenced in June, concluded amicably this week with an agreement on child custody and financial support. They will share custody of their three children—Maria Alice, Maria Flor, and José Leonardo—with the children residing primarily with Virginia. Zé Felipe will pay a monthly child support of R$60,000. Additionally, Virginia has removed Zé Felipe's surname from her social media profiles following the divorce. Legal representatives have stated that Virginia would need Zé Felipe's permission to relocate with the children. Post-divorce, reports emerged suggesting Zé Felipe is involved with singer Ana Castela; however, Ana Castela's mother has publicly denied these claims.
