Atlanta police have issued an arrest warrant for an unidentified suspect after hard drives containing unreleased Beyoncé music and other sensitive tour materials were stolen from a rental SUV used by members of the singer’s team, according to a police incident report released Monday. The report says choreographer Christopher Grant, 37, and dancer Diandre Blue left their black Jeep Wagoneer parked at Krog Street Market on 8 July—two days before Beyoncé’s four-night “Cowboy Carter” run at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. When they returned, the back window was smashed and two suitcases were missing. Among the items taken were five jump drives holding water-marked, unreleased tracks, footage plans, and set lists, along with two MacBook laptops, Apple AirPods Max headphones, designer clothing and sunglasses. Investigators recovered light fingerprints and surveillance video of the break-in and used tracking data from the stolen headphones to follow leads. The Atlanta Police Department said the material has not yet been recovered and declined to name the suspect. Representatives for Beyoncé did not immediately comment, and the tour continued as scheduled, concluding its Atlanta stop on 14 July before moving on to Las Vegas.
