Federal agents executed coordinated raids on two Philadelphia buildings linked to the Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club early Wednesday as part of a multi-state investigation into an April 13 shooting outside Babylon Cafe in Woodbridge, Virginia. The FBI and Prince William County Police Department said the action formed part of a larger operation that served 14 search warrants across Pennsylvania and at least seven jurisdictions in Virginia, including Woodbridge, Manassas and Falls Church. Nineteen people have been taken into custody or are being sought on charges stemming from the incident. Investigators allege club members forcibly removed a 42-year-old man from the hookah lounge, beat him in the parking lot and, when a 41-year-old acquaintance intervened, exchanged more than 80 gunshots. The acquaintance later arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm; no life-threatening injuries were reported despite extensive property damage. Authorities did not immediately disclose the specific charges or identify the defendants but said the investigation into the biker gang’s activities remains active.
