Four youths, including a 12-year-old, were arrested in New York City after being recorded by a police drone while riding on top of moving subway trains, an activity commonly referred to as 'subway surfing.' This incident marks the 200th such stunt bust by the New York Police Department's drone unit. The arrests occurred amid reports of rainy weather affecting several subway stations in the city.
