An IndiGo Airlines flight operating as 6E-7295 from Indore to Raipur returned to Indore shortly after take-off on Tuesday after the cockpit crew detected a technical fault that triggered a warning alarm, airport officials said. The Airbus aircraft departed Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport at about 6:35 a.m. local time and turned back roughly 60 nautical miles into the journey, landing without incident at around 7:15 a.m. All 51 passengers and crew were reported safe, according to airport director Vipinkant Seth, who emphasised that the manoeuvre was precautionary rather than an emergency landing. IndiGo cancelled the sector and offered full refunds or rebooking options while its engineering team investigates the cause of the alert. The carrier said standard safety protocols were observed throughout the flight.
