Bharatiya Janata Party president and Union minister JP Nadda on 6 July virtually inaugurated six newly built district party offices, three each in Delhi and Haryana, from the BJP’s central office extension in the capital. The additions complete the party’s plan for a dedicated office in each of Delhi’s 14 districts, BJP Delhi unit chief Virendra Sachdeva said. Similar infrastructure expansion is under way in neighbouring Haryana, where the three new buildings join an existing network of district offices. Party leaders, including MPs Ramvir Singh Bidhuri and Manoj Tiwari, framed the openings as part of the organisation’s effort to strengthen grassroots outreach ahead of upcoming electoral cycles. The ceremony coincided with the birth anniversary of BJP ideologue Syama Prasad Mookerjee, which Nadda said underscored the party’s focus on ideological consolidation alongside organisational growth.
