Mexico Opens August 1-30 Registration for Pensión Mujeres Bienestar for Women 60-64 With Over One Million Recipients

The Mexican government has announced the opening of registration for the Pensión Mujeres Bienestar program, targeting women aged 60 to 64. The registration period will run from August 1 to August 30, 2025. Enrollment will be available Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at designated modules whose details, including dates, requirements, and necessary documentation, can be found on the official Bienestar website. The program aims to extend pension benefits to women between 60 and 64 years old, with the registration for those aged 63 to 64 already underway. Over one million women currently receive pensions under this initiative. The Secretary of Bienestar, Ariadna Montiel, and Mexico City’s President, Claudia Sheinbaum, have emphasized the government’s commitment to fulfilling this social welfare promise as part of the ongoing Fourth Transformation administration. Additionally, a Feria de Afores will be held from August 1 to 5, 2025, to facilitate pension-related procedures.
