Warner Bros. Pictures Animation has tapped Ariana Grande and Josh Gad for lead voice roles in its feature adaptation of Dr. Seuss’s “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!,” the studio announced Tuesday. The animated film is being developed in partnership with Dr. Seuss Enterprises and Bad Robot. The project will be directed by Jon M. Chu, with Jill Culton serving as co-director. Rob Lieber adapted the screenplay, while Bad Robot’s J.J. Abrams and Gregg Taylor will produce. Benj Pasek and Justin Paul—known for their work on “La La Land” and “The Greatest Showman”—are writing original songs for the picture. The movie is slated to open in IMAX and other theaters on March 17, 2028, positioning the family title as a spring holiday release for Warner Bros.
