Netflix has set Millie Bobby Brown and Gabriel LaBelle to headline “Just Picture It,” a romantic comedy directed by Lee Toland Krieger, best known for “The Age of Adaline” and episodes of “You.” The script by television writer Jesse Lasky—his first feature sale—follows two carefree college students who discover phone images of themselves married with children a decade in the future, despite never having met. Veteran producers Joe Roth and Jeff Kirschenbaum are backing the project alongside Brown, who will produce through her banner PCMA Productions. Additional executive producers include Alyssa Altman of R/K Films, as well as Jake Bongiovi and Isobel Roberts for PCMA. The deal extends Brown’s long-running collaboration with Netflix after “Stranger Things,” “The Electric State” and “Damsel,” while giving LaBelle his next major role following his breakout performance in Steven Spielberg’s “The Fabelmans.” A production timetable and release date have not been announced.
