The National Weather Service offices in Reno, Boulder, Phoenix, Sacramento, and KDVR provided continuous updates, extending warnings and special weather statements to various counties and cities, often specifying the duration of the warnings and the expected severity of the storms. The warnings frequently highlighted the risk of hail and flooding, with some flash flood warnings extending into the evening hours. The alerts were issued in both English and Spanish, reflecting the bilingual communication approach in affected regions.
