The University of Oregon strengthened its 2026 football recruiting class by securing a verbal commitment from five-star offensive tackle Immanuel Iheanacho. The 6-foot-7, 350-pound Maryland native announced his decision on Thursday, choosing the Ducks over fellow finalists Auburn, Penn State and LSU. Iheanacho is rated the No. 2 offensive tackle and the No. 13 overall prospect in the 2026 ESPN 300 rankings. His pledge gives Oregon three ESPN 300 five-star players in the cycle, joining tight end Kendre' Harrison and safety Jett Washington, and underscores the program’s momentum on the recruiting trail.
