SpaceX has maintained a busy launch schedule in mid-2025, conducting numerous Falcon 9 rocket missions from both Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida and Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Notable launches include multiple Starlink missions deploying batches of 24 to 28 satellites for the company's internet service, such as Starlink 10-25, 10-26, 10-29, 15-2, 17-2, and 17-3. Additionally, SpaceX launched the Commercial GTO-1 mission carrying an undisclosed payload to geostationary transfer orbit, and the SES O3b mPOWER 9 and 10 satellites into medium Earth orbit. A key milestone was the 500th Falcon 9 launch, featuring a booster flying for a record 29th time. SpaceX also supported NASA's TRACERS mission, which includes two spacecraft investigating magnetic reconnection at Earth's magnetosphere edge, launched from Vandenberg. Preparations for the Crew-11 mission to the International Space Station included a static fire test at Launch Complex 39A that was initially aborted due to an error with the transporter erector’s cradle arm position indication but successfully completed on a second attempt. The Crew-11 launch is scheduled for no earlier than July 31, 2025. Throughout these operations, SpaceX utilized various launch pads including pad 40 at Cape Canaveral and pad 4E at Vandenberg, with launches timed across different time zones and trajectories, including north-easterly and polar orbits.
