HP expanded its gaming hardware line-up with the Omen Max 45L, a 45-litre flagship desktop that can be configured with up to an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics, 128 GB of DDR5 memory and 2 TB of PCIe Gen5 storage. The tower debuts a patented “Cryo Chamber” that isolates the 360 mm liquid radiator to cut system temperatures by as much as 7.5 °C, and houses a fully modular 1,200-watt power supply. The refreshed 35-litre range arrives in October, including a matte-black Omen 35L Stealth Edition that drops RGB lighting for a more understated design, while the Max 45L ships in December. The company’s HyperX subsidiary also introduced a slate of peripherals. Headlining is the $299.99 Cloud Alpha 2 wireless headset, which uses 53 mm drivers, dual 2.4 GHz/Bluetooth connectivity and claims up to 250 hours of battery life; it is sold with an RGB-lit base station featuring programmable controls. A lower-priced Cloud Flight 2 follows at $129.99 for PC/PlayStation (October) or $139.99 for Xbox (December). Rounding out the launch are two USB microphones: the $229.99 FlipCast, with optional XLR and an onboard display, and the $59.99 SoloCast 2. All three peripherals reach retailers this month except the Cloud Flight 2 models, which land later in the year.

HP just announced an updated model of its Omen 35L, and one version has a "stealthy" design with no RGB lighting. This is the gaming HP I want. https://t.co/sNXRYEvV6k
