A detailed specification sheet circulating among industry publications appears to have laid bare Samsung’s forthcoming Galaxy S25 FE weeks ahead of its debut. The mid-range handset is now tipped to arrive in late August or early September, several weeks earlier than previous Fan Edition models that typically landed in October. According to the documents, the S25 FE will feature a 6.7-inch 120 Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, run Samsung’s Exynos 2400 processor, and ship with 8 GB of memory and either 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. The rear camera array is said to comprise a 50 MP primary sensor, a 12 MP ultrawide lens and an 8 MP telephoto with 3× optical zoom, while the front camera rises to 12 MP. Power will be supplied by a 4,500 mAh battery—down 200 mAh from the S24 FE but accompanied by faster 45 W wired charging and 15 W wireless charging. The phone is listed at 7.4 mm thick and 190 g, with IP68 sealing, a metal frame and One UI 8 based on Android 16 pre-installed. If accurate, the leak points to a thinner, lighter device that trades a small reduction in battery capacity for higher charging speeds, an upgraded selfie camera and the latest version of Samsung’s software. Pricing has yet to surface. Separate, more speculative leaks indicate Samsung is also preparing a redesigned Galaxy S26 Ultra for 2026, but those plans remain further down the road.
