A series of marketing videos and specification sheets posted online have revealed most of Google’s upcoming hardware line-up less than two weeks before the company’s Made by Google showcase on Aug. 20. The leaks, attributed to well-known tipster Evan Blass and detailed by technology sites including 9to5Google and Android Central, cover the Pixel 10 smartphones, the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold, the Pixel Watch 4 and a new pair of entry-level earbuds, the Pixel Buds 2a. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is shown with a sturdier hinge, a larger external display and an IP68 dust- and water-resistance rating. Product sheets cite a 5,015 mAh battery—about 600 mAh more than Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7—and an “advanced triple” rear camera capable of 20× zoom. The conventional Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro retain the horizontal camera bar but add Qi2-certified “Pixelsnap” wireless charging and ship with Google’s new Tensor G5 chip. Google’s fourth-generation smartwatch is expected to debut in 41 mm and 45 mm sizes with up to 40 hours of battery life and deeper integration of the company’s Gemini generative-AI model for on-device assistance and text suggestions. Leaked materials also list Loss of Pulse alerts, more than 40 exercise modes and a redesigned side-mounted charging system. Rounding out the portfolio, the Pixel Buds 2a bring Active Noise Cancellation to Google’s budget earbuds, promising seven hours of listening with ANC (20 hours including the USB-C case). All specifications remain unconfirmed until Google’s official announcement.
