Cleber Lúcio Borges, a 55-year-old furniture businessman from the Federal District, was arrested for violently assaulting his wife inside the elevator of their condominium. The attack, captured by security cameras, involved multiple punches, elbows, and kicks over approximately four minutes. Initially, the public prosecutor charged Igor Eduardo Pereira Cabral with attempted femicide for a similar elevator assault case, but in Borges's case, authorities have indicted him for bodily injury, concluding there was no clear intent to kill.
