This follows allegations of child exploitation brought forward in a viral video by fellow influencer Felipe Bressamin Pereira, known as Felca, who exposed instances of child and adolescent exploitation and adultization on the internet. The Justice of Paraíba ordered the suspension of Hytalo Santos's online profiles and the removal of minors involved. Neighbors have also reported parties involving alcohol and topless adolescents at Hytalo's condominium, with videos confirming the presence of minors in these situations. The police conducted a search and seizure operation at Hytalo Santos's residence in João Pessoa, confiscating his electronic devices as part of the ongoing investigation.
